BrainLog participated in the International Networking Seminar, which was organised under the Erasmus+ M-PAVE project.
The event is dedicated to strengthening mentoring practices and professional development for staff in detention settings across Europe.
During the session, we had the opportunity to present and discuss our recently completed Erasmus+ initiative, M4Pris project – Mentoring for Prison Staff, which concluded in August 2025.

M4Pris project delivered:
– a structured Blueprint for Prison Staff Mentoring,
– a complete Peer Mentoring Programme with online training, and
– successful piloting across partner countries, demonstrating the importance of structured support systems for correctional staff.
We also discussed the efficiency and real impact of both projects, highlighting how M4Pris project successfully reached target-group representatives beyond the partnership countries.
Throughout the project, M4Pris attracted interest from Moldova, North Macedonia, Turkey, and Bulgaria, and we even implemented a Multiplier Event in Bulgaria, further showing the relevance and transferability of the project’s outcomes.
A key point raised in the seminar was how easily adaptable the M4Pris project materials are at national level. The Blueprint and mentoring resources can be implemented across different countries and institutional settings with minimal adjustments, increasing their long-term value and usability.
The discussions showed how M4Pris project and M-PAVE complement each other and how both initiatives can combine strengths, share methodologies, and create greater European impact in the field of mentoring and staff development in correctional environments.
