On October 9th, 2024, all partners in the Promote Project held an online meeting to discuss the progress of data collection. The project aims to explore how prison staff can be upskilled to better support the reintegration of former inmates into society.

As part of this effort, all partners are conducting interviews and surveys to gather crucial data.

In Denmark, BrainLog is collaborating with the Danish Prison Officers Union to collect data. The Prison Union focuses on collecting data from prison officers, while BrainLog conducts interviews with social workers who have experience working with individuals with criminal backgrounds. So far, we have interviewed an integration coordinator, social workers, and a prison chaplain, among others.

BrainLog is set to conduct 10 exclusive interviews to explore how prison staff can be upskilled to better support inmates as they return to society. We are well underway with the interviews and are processing the data we have collected.

Den 9. oktober 2024 afholdt alle partnere i Promote Project et online møde, hvor vi drøftede processen for indsamling af data. Projektet har til formål at undersøge, hvordan fængselspersonalet kan opkvalificeres til bedre at støtte tidligere indsatte i deres reintegration i samfundet.

Som led i dette arbejde er alle partnere i gang med interviews og spørgeskemaundersøgelser for at indsamle vigtig data.

I Danmark samarbejder BrainLog med Danish Prison Officers Union om datakollektionen. De indsamler data fra fængselsbetjente, mens vi hos BrainLog fokuserer på at interviewe socialarbejdere med erfaring i at arbejde med personer med kriminel baggrund. Indtil videre har vi interviewet blandt andre en integrationsfaglig koordinator, socialrådgivere og en fængselspræst.

BrainLog skal gennemføre 10 eksklusive interviews, hvor vi undersøger, hvordan fængselspersonalet kan opkvalificeres for bedre at støtte indsattes tilbagevenden til samfundet. Vi er godt i gang med interviewene og bearbejder løbende de indsamlede data.
