This interactive session brought together professionals with diverse backgrounds across the justice and correctional systems. Participants had the opportunity to exchange expertise, share best practices, and reflect on the competence needs and challenges faced in their respective roles.

Key discussion points included:
– Skills and competencies essential for prison staff and professionals with experience within the justice system.
– Challenges in professional training across different countries
– Cross-border perspectives on upskilling in the justice sector
The webinar fostered rich dialogue and peer learning, reinforcing our shared commitment to improving professional standards and support systems in the justice field across Europe.
One of the sessions was moderated by BrainLog team, and as a representative of Denmark, it was interesting to lead discussions and to observe different expertise and experience from different countries.
